The app generates detailed PDF inventory reports and transmits them to designated recipients to aid in estate planning, proper insurance coverage, charitable donations of goods, or disposal of unwanted items. A convenient "batch" function allows for swift capture of multiple images simultaneously when time is limited. Additionally, a designated "Resolution" folder segregates contentious items within an estate that may have sparked family disputes.

Users have the flexibility to include additional properties, boats, storage facilities, or any other locations where management of possessions is necessary.
